Age Warranty and Parental Consent

By creating an account on Kwentoon, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old, or that you have obtained verified consent from your parent or legal guardian to use our platform.

If you are under 16, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy on your behalf. The consenting parent or guardian is responsible for the minor’s activities on Kwentoon, including any content accessed, shared, or purchased.

You agree that Kwentoon is not liable for any false statements regarding your age or consent status, and that we may suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

Creators retain full ownership of any comics, games, or written works uploaded to the platform. By submitting content, you grant Kwentoon a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote your work for the purpose of platform distribution and engagement features.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Violate local or international laws
• Upload harmful, infringing, or misleading content
• Circumvent platform controls or abuse monetization tools
• Interfere with other users or platform systems

Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

5. Payments and Campaigns

All financial transactions are processed securely via Xendit. Kwentoon facilitates creator campaigns but is not responsible for issues arising from off-platform obligations or external interactions.

6. Third-Party Services

Kwentoon integrates third-party services such as Xendit and Google Analytics. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms, suspected fraud, or unlawful use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Kwentoon after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
